At V-A and Associates, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, workshops, training sessions, and digital resources. Our goal is to provide value and measurable impact to every client engagement.
 
Because our work involves professional services and time-based engagements, refunds are limited and may only be granted under the conditions outlined below.
 
 
Eligible Refund Conditions
 
We may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion if:
 

  • A scheduled session, workshop, or engagement is canceled by V-A and Associates.

  • A digital resource purchased through our Site is found to be defective or inaccessible, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

  • There is a billing error that results in overpayment.

 
Ineligible Refund Conditions
 
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
 

  • You change your mind after services have been rendered or a session has been completed.

  • You fail to attend a scheduled consulting session, workshop, or event without prior cancellation notice (see cancellation terms in your service agreement, if applicable).

  • You are dissatisfied with outcomes that are subjective in nature (e.g., personal opinions about style, delivery, or results) when services have been delivered as described.

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or tools used to support service delivery.
